This course will help the student prepare for the following Microsoft Certified Professional exams:

  • Exam 70-210,Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
  • Exam 70-270,Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional
This course covers the subject areas covered in Microsoft Course MS2285.

Who will the lesson benefit?

The target audience consists of IT support professionals who:
  • Are new to the Windows XP Professional product.
  • Provide Helpdesk support for Windows XP Professional desktops.

What prerequisites are required
