About this class

The course will allow the delegate to install, maintain, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. The course covers the features of e-mail and information sharing, how to create and administer user accounts and Exchange clients, setting up Global and Personal Address Books, security issues, and implementing different messaging protocols.

Who will the lesson benefit?

Those who will be using and administering Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 or 2003, including internal e-mail and information sharing, as well as external e-mail sources such as ISPs and other Exchange Servers

What prerequisites are required

Delegates should have a good depth of knowledge of Windows 2000 or 2003 server and should be familiar with the concepts of Active Directory. This knowledge can be gained from our Windows 2000 or 2003 Administration course.
