About this class

Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 includes more than 100 new features that broaden application compatibility,improve usability, simplify access, strengthen application security, and enhance the end user experience. This course provides the necessary foundation to fully utilize the power of Citrix Presentation Server.

This course builds on existing knowledge of the Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 platform and highlights the differences between and administration of Citrix Presentation Server 4.5. Learners receive in-depth training on the new features such as SpeedScreen Progressive Display, Configuration Logging and Application Streaming.

This course is intended for IT professionals, such as server, network, and system administrators, familiar with Microsoft(R) Windows(R) environments. Systems engineers, analysts, consultants, and architects are also appropriate candidates for this course.

What delegates will learn

What prerequisites are required

Candidates for this course must be able to demonstrate experience of Citrix Presentation Server 4.0. A course attendance certificate for one of the CTX-1256 series of courses or a 4.0 Skills Update Workshop is a pre-requisite for booking this course.
