About this class

The course will allow the delegates to install, maintain, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server. The course covers the features of e-mail and information sharing, how to create and administer user accounts and Exchange clients, setting up Global and Personal Address Books, security issues, and implementing different messaging protocols.

Who will the lesson benefit?

This course is suitable for those delegates responsible for the installation and maintenance of a mail system based upon Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 products. Previous releases can be covered on request.

What prerequisites are required

To gain the maximum benefit from the course delegates should have a good understanding of administering Microsoft's Active Directory.
