Combining the power of Microsoft Word with effective writing skills: Written and formatted correctly, reports and letters are powerful and influential forms of communication. They also reflect on their author's ability to articulate their message in a way that can be understood by their audience. This programme is for you if letter and reporting writing is an important part of your role. You will be given detailed guidance to increase effectiveness in both writing reports and letters using the powerful and versatile word-processing package, Microsoft Word. This will enable you to prepare clear written communication that will increase the likelihood of positive reader response.
