About this class

The course will allow the delegate to install, maintain, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. The course covers the features of e-mail and information sharing, security issues, and implementing different messaging environments.

This course is delivered based on delegates having a good knowledge of the concepts of Exchange. Only where concepts are new or greatly changed will time be spent going over them. Where features are the same as previous versions they will be mentioned for completeness only.

Who will the lesson benefit?

Delegates with a STRONG background in Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003 should attend this course. Please check the outline for these courses and ensure that the topics covered there are understood in order to attend this course.

What prerequisites are required

Delegates should have a good depth of knowledge of Windows 2000 or 2003 server and should be familiar with the concepts of Active Directory. This knowledge can be gained from our Windows 2000 or 2003 Administration course. Delegates should have attended the course 'Exchange 2000 / 2003 Administration' or have equivalent knowledge which can be checked against by ringing our experienced staff.
