About this class

A practical 2-day course that provides participants with the skills and confidence to tackle difficult interviews. The programme is extremely practical using role-play interviews, CCTV, discussion groups and case studies to explore and develop the necessary skills.

Personnel practitioners or line managers responsible for employment law issues within their organisation. The course is appropriate for individuals at all levels of knowledge and experience.General course level - appropriate for all levels of delegates.
