About this class

This course provides students with the skills needed to effectively use and manage the HP OpenView ServiceCenter 6.x product. This administrator level course focuses on how to tailor ServiceCenter utilities and implementation tools to their environment. This 5-day course is 50 percent lecture and 50 percent hands-on. (The part number for this course is HE422S; it was formerly SC240.)!

Upon completing this course you will be able to:

Use and administer the interfaces of ServiceCenter
Manage ServiceCenter and ServiceCenter users using administrative tools
Configure the ServiceCenter technical environment
Use service call, incident, configuration item, organization, and person objects
Create customized actions, forms, rules, views, and templates
