Learn techniques to ease deployment and maintenance of a ClearCase implementation from initial project planning through configuration, installation, and ongoing administration.

What prerequisites are required

You should complete:

• SCM101: Principles of Software Configuration Management (Web-based training)
• Essentials of Rational ClearCase UCM for UNIX (SCM276) (RS531)
• Essentials of Configuration Management with Rational ClearCase UCM (SCM375) (RS401)

or

• Essentials of Rational ClearCase for UNIX (SCM271) (RS511)
• Essentials of Configuration Management with Rational ClearCase (SCM370) (RS301)

You must also have:

One year of experience working in or administering a UNIX or Microsoft Windows environment. Six months of experience with Microsoft Windows system administration
