About this class

This workshop-style course provides delegates with valuable experience building and testing designs for Citrix Access Suite 4.0. Over 80% of the class is conducted through hands-on exercises.

Who will the lesson benefit?

This course is intended for architects, integrators, consultants and administrators who implement Citrix Access Suite 4.0 products in an enterprise environment. Delegates are assumed to have administrative knowledge of all products in the Citrix Access Suite 4.0.

What delegates will learn

Delegates build and configure an environment comprised of Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, Citrix Password Manager 4.1 and Citrix Access Gateway Advanced Edition 4.2 to meet the needs of a fictitious company. After configuring each product, delegates test their configurations to ensure correctness. This course culminates in a final test of the entire environment, in which delegates log in to their Presentation Server farm through Access Gateway with Advanced Access Control and launch published applications for which the Password Manager agent provides passwords. Delegates conduct the test with different user accounts to ensure the various policies are configured correctly.
