About this class

This hands-on course is the first of two courses that prepare System Administrators to successfully configure, manage, maintain, and administer an HP 9000 workstation or server in a networked environment. Emphasis is on configuring file systems, peripherals, and user accounts, as well as managing and configuring core OS, patches and application software. Successful completion of both courses (I and II) can lead to HP professional technical certification. The 5-day course is 50 percent lecture and 50 percent hands-on.
