How it Works: The 3-step Booking Process

1. Provisional Bookings
We check availability and you are reserved a spot on the course without commitment. It's similar to an airline holding a seat for you. If you do not contact us within 10 working days of the course to confirm your provisional booking, you simply lose your spot on the course again.

2. Confirmed Booking
When you are ready to book your course you email or fax us written confirmation. The booking is treated as an order and an invoice is issued. Your space on the course is now guaranteed.

3. Joining Instructions
Once you are confirmed on a course, we will send you Joining Instructions 5-10 working days before the course is due to start. These contain instructions on the supplier and how to get to your course, and what time your course starts and finishes.

What quality of training should I expect?
Our standards are tough, and we deal only with the best. All our suppliers must be approved, certified suppliers. As an example, our Microsoft courses are delivered by Microsoft Certified Partners for Learning Solutions (CPLS), delivered by expert Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs). Be it Novell, Citrix, Lotus or even Prince2; if it's not approved, we won't touch it.

Who uses Aquinas Training?
Government, global corporations, private companies, contractors and consultants. Most people don't know that we exist. The ones who do use us every time they book a course.

I need dates that you don't offer.
Give us a quick call, and let us check on your behalf if there isn't another suitable date we might be able to track down for you.

Can I book a private trainer?
We can send an approved trainer to a site of your choice, precisely when you want, where you want. It's one of our most popular requests. As an approximate guide, your own trainer is about £1,000 per day including travel expenses.

Can I book a training room?
If required, we can provide training rooms with configured PCs for approximately £500 per day.

I still have a few questions...
Call us, talk to us, get to know us. Our experienced course assistants are friendly, and will gladly answer any questions you might have.

What happens if I cancel a course or change my mind?
You can select a replacement course or we will simply cancel the course. It's important you let us know at least 16 working days prior to the start of the course otherwise you will need to pay the full amount of the course. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.
